Credit will be granted for only one of CHBE_V 357, CHBE_V 487, CHBE_V 587, FNH_V 419 or FOOD_V 519. Recommended prerequisite: One of CHBE_V 241, FNH_V 300. Restricted to students with third-year or higher standing in B.A.Sc. or B.Sc.
