Unified theory of separation science; liquid and gas chromatography; capillary electrophoresis; electrochemical and spectroscopic detection; separation methods coupled with mass spectrometry and tandem mass spectrometry; biochemical applications. Credit will be granted for only one of CHEM 434 or CHEM 534.
